A 75-year-old woman from Marsascala is currently fighting for her life at Mater Dei Hospital after being involved in a serious car accident in Triq Sant’Antnin, Marsascala. The accident occurred when a Mazda Demio, driven by a 54-year-old woman also from Marsascala, collided with the pedestrian. The woman was rushed to the hospital by ambulance and is reported to have sustained grievous injuries. Police are investigating the incident.
