This expansion is part of Ryanair’s $900 million investment in Malta, which includes the addition of a ninth aircraft and increased frequencies on over 40 existing routes. The airline expects to grow its Malta traffic by 20% to 6 million passengers in 2026, supporting over 4,700 local jobs.
