A couple is taking a stand against Turkish Airlines, threatening to sue after their business class experience turned sour. The pair claims the airline failed to provide the promised lie-flat seats, significantly downgrading their travel experience. Despite paying premium prices, they were allegedly offered seats that didn’t match the advertised amenities.
This isn’t an isolated incident, as Turkish Airlines has faced similar complaints about faulty business class seats. In some cases, passengers have received compensation for “mental agony” and physical discomfort.
