US President Donald Trump has issued a stark warning to Iran, threatening to target the country’s power plants and bridges on Tuesday if the Strait of Hormuz isn’t reopened. In an expletive-laden post on Truth Social, Trump stated, “Open the Fuckin’ Strait, you crazy bastards, or you’ll be living in Hell – JUST WATCH!” The ultimatum comes amid escalating tensions between the US and Iran, with Iran’s military command rejecting Trump’s threat as “helpless, nervous, unbalanced and stupid”. The conflict has disrupted global oil trade, driven up fuel prices, and resulted in attacks on infrastructure in neighboring Gulf Arab states.
