Malta Basketball Players Shine in December Awards

Eugene Campbell of Valletta, Olivia Wikström of Luxol, and Nikša Živković of Depiro Hoops have been named the BOV Basketball Players of the Month for December 2025. Campbell, a 30-year-old guard, averaged an impressive 39.37 minutes per game and scored 103 points across three matches, earning him the top scorer title in the Men’s 1st Division. Wikström led Luxol to victory with 96 points in three games, showcasing her exceptional efficiency with 73% free-throw shooting and 48% three-point shooting. Živković, the reigning BOV Fair Play Award winner, demonstrated his composure and team-first approach, averaging 16 points per game with a 77% success rate from the free-throw line.
