With Malta’s entry in the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 eagerly awaited, Public Broadcasting Services (PBS) has scheduled a celebrity farewell performance to pay tribute to national delegate Miriana Conte. Scheduled for the Aria Complex and carefully titled “Serving One Last Night,” the event will honor both Miriana’s Eurovision run and the island’s great history in the famous song competition.
The concert is poised to be a memorable night of music and celebration and will bring together some of Malta’s most famous Eurovision alumni. Among those verified to play together with Miriana are
- Ira Losoc – Eurovision 2002 and 2016
- Destiny – Junior Eurovision 2015 Winner and Eurovision 2021 participant
- Fabrizio Faniello – Eurovision 2001 and 2006
- Kurt Calleja – Eurovision 2012
Combining current upstarts with past icons, the roster offers a mix of nostalgia and fresh energy. In addition to special guest appearances by members of the current Maltese Eurovision delegation, the concert will showcase the main artists in solo and group performances.
Widely considered among Malta’s most promising Eurovision acts of late years, Miriana Conte is hoping to end the current run of non qualification for the country. Since 2021, Malta has not made it to the Eurovision Grand Final, so hopes are running high for 2025 being a comeback to the fore.
Honoring the long-lasting Eurovision history of Malta, “Serving One Last Night” also acts as a public goodbye for Miriana. The night looks to be a defining occasion in the run-up to Eurovision 2025 with strong performances, heartfelt memorials, and a joined national show of support.
