This move signals Virgata’s long-term commitment to Malta and its intention to support Plaza’s future growth and development. The off-market transaction took place at an execution price of €0.94 per share, representing a 38% premium over the previous traded price of €0.68. Plaza Centres focuses on Central and Eastern Europe, with projects in countries like Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, and India.
