The UK’s Met Office has issued 41 weather alerts in under two months, highlighting the country’s unsettled weather conditions. The alerts include warnings for rain, snow, and ice, with temperatures expected to be near or above average for the time of year. The Met Office has reported that frontal systems will bring rain and snow to Northern Ireland and southern and central Britain, accompanied by strong winds through Thursday.
The unsettled weather is expected to continue, with further bands of rain forecast to spread northwards across the UK. The Met Office has advised residents and travelers to stay up-to-date with the latest weather forecast and warnings, especially in flood-prone or exposed areas.
