A body was discovered floating in the waters off Ġnejna Bay, Malta, on Sunday evening, prompting an investigation by the police. The authorities were alerted at around 5:30 pm, and upon arrival, they located the remains, which are believed to be those of a woman, although identification has not been possible due to the advanced state of decomposition. The body is thought to have been in the water for several days, and an autopsy is expected to be carried out to determine the cause of death.
