Man Tries to Flee Malta with Fake ID After Alleged Stabbing Incident

Man Tries A 32-year-old man, who was allegedly stabbed by his girlfriend, attempted to leave Malta using a fake ID card. The individual, who had sustained injuries in the reported domestic incident, was stopped by authorities at the airport as he tried to board a flight to Turkey. Upon inspection, the ID card raised suspicions, and the man was detained for further questioning.

During interrogation, he admitted to possessing the false identification document. The police subsequently arrested him and charged him with using a forged ID card.
