Millions of people took to the streets across the United States, protesting against President Donald Trump’s administration and policies. The “No Kings” rallies, now in their third wave, drew massive crowds in major cities like New York, Los Angeles, and Washington, D.C., as well as smaller towns and suburban areas. Protesters voiced concerns over Trump’s authoritarian style, hardline immigration policies, and the war in Iran, with many carrying signs and banners reading “No Kings” and “Democracy Not Oligarchy”. ¹ ² ³

The protests, organized by the group Indivisible, saw participation from millions across all 50 states, with over 3,200 events planned. Celebrities like Bruce Springsteen, Robert De Niro, and Jane Fonda joined the rallies, emphasizing the widespread opposition to Trump’s policies. In Minnesota, a flashpoint for immigration issues, thousands gathered outside the state capitol, with Springsteen performing his song “Streets of Minneapolis” in tribute to Renee Good and Alex Pretti, U.S. citizens fatally shot by federal immigration officers.
