8 Palestinians were from the Gaza Strip and three more were killed in West Bank.
Despite a ceasefire largely holding since late January, multiple casualties have occurred in restricted areas.

Meanwhile, discussions on ceasefire have resumed. Israel is seeking the release of half of the remaining captives in exchange for a long-term truce while Hamas insists on addressing the difficult next phase, which involves further releases and troop withdrawals. It is estimated that 24 captives remain alive, with 35 additional bodies in custody.
Israel is reportedly trying to force Hamas on accepting their terms by cutting off electricity, food, medicine and other goods to Palestine. Many of the humanitarian aid providers such as the UN say that this is a clear violation of international law.
