Regulatory authorities have issued warnings against four unlicensed operators, cautioning consumers about the risks of engaging with these entities. The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) has specifically identified four websites – (link unavailable), (link unavailable), (link unavailable), and (link unavailable) – that are operating without a license, despite claims to the contrary. These unlicensed operators pose significant financial and personal risks to consumers, as they are not subject to Malta’s consumer protection, responsible gambling, or anti-money laundering requirements.

Similarly, the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) has warned against four offshore companies – Digibrite S.R.L., Just Entertainment B.V., Stellar Ltd., and Hollycorn N.V. – for providing unlicensed gambling services to Australian consumers. The ACMA emphasizes that these services lack necessary consumer protections and may encourage harmful betting behavior.
