The 2025 Enemed Cup is set to be an exciting tournament, with thirteen teams competing, including women’s teams for the first time. This marks a significant milestone for the competition, which is part of the Enemed Futsal League. The inclusion of women’s teams is a testament to the growing popularity of futsal among women in Malta. The Enemed Cup is one of three prestigious tournaments in the Enemed Futsal League, alongside the League and the Super Cup.
With the women’s league featuring six teams, including Luxol Futsal Argus, Parr Mela Rockets, and Swieqi United FC LECO7, the competition is expected to be fierce. The men’s league, on the other hand, features nine teams, including three new participants: Sliema Futsal Fort Fitness, Santa Venera Lightnings Futsal, and Å»ejtun Corinthians Futsal WA.
