Many roads in Malta are still without power following Storm Harry, which brought strong winds and chaos to the islands. The Civil Protection Department responded to nearly 200 incidents, and authorities are urging drivers to exercise caution, especially at night, due to non-functional traffic lights and debris on the roads.
