The Labour Party’s Chief Executive has stated that the party’s weakest point is the very middle class that it helped create, highlighting a complex political paradox that has emerged over years of economic growth and social progress. According to him, while Labour’s policies have been instrumental in expanding opportunities, raising living standards and strengthening the middle class in Malta, this same demographic now presents a challenge for the party.
