An older man sustained terrible injuries in the Żabbar car crash.After being struck by a vehicle in Żabbar on Monday afternoon, a 75-year-old man was severely hurt.According to police, the 4 p.m. Triq Ħal Luqa incident saw a Nissan March driven by a 29-year-old resident of Santa Luċija hit the man.First aid was administered to the victim on the scene before he was transported to Mater Dei Hospital, where physicians certified him as having serious wounds. The incident is still under investigation.
