Soleil and Etoile are twin daughters of former prime minister Joseph Muscat and his wife, Marigold Foundation chairperson, Michelle Muscat. Born in 2004, they celebrated their 13th birthday in 2017.
The Muscat sisters have been involved in several public events alongside their parents. In 2015, Soleil and Etoile Muscat with their mother, Michelle led the Malta contingent at the Special Olympics in Los Angeles.
