The Big Friends Guggen Musik AD 2008, Malta’s pioneering Guggen band, is set to perform at the historic center of Noto, Sicily, on October 5, as part of the “Notte Barocca” (Baroque Night) celebrations. This spectacular event marks the twinning of Noto and SiÄ¡Ä¡iewi, two cities with rich cultural heritage.

The band, renowned for their energetic and lively performances, will take the stage to play arrangements of popular Maltese songs, including “Viva Malta,” “Int Djamant,” and “Xemx.” Their unique sound, blending traditional Maltese music with modern twists, is sure to captivate the audience. Joining the Big Friends Guggen Musik AD 2008 will be the Corteo Barocco di Noto, a stunning representation of the baroque era, complete with grand costumes and elaborate choreography.
